At CND, our number one objective is to meet your needs for a quality web site. Before we begin any work, we find out what you want your web site to accomplish. We do this by first learning about you and your business as well as the products and services you provide to your customers. After we learn about you and your business, we are able to develop creative approaches and ways in which your web site can be designed to harness the power of the Internet to create a dynamic presence for you and your business.
	This initial interview takes about 30-90 minutes of your time over the phone or at your place of business. (Initial planning/development consultation is free.) A follow-up meeting or phone call is conducted to go over our initial proposal for your web site. This proposal covers the following areas and provides you with answers to the following questions:

Contents of the Web Site: What are the number and kinds of pages in your web site? For example, web sites have some of the following kinds of pages: homepage, map & directions page, about us page, contact page, products page, and products detail page.	Text and Graphics: What do you want to tell visitors? What graphics do you want to use? Do you want custom graphics or pictures such as a company logo or other top-of-page graphics? Are there special features like bullets, lines, colored or textured backgrounds you want to see in your site? E-commerce: Do you plan to sell any products from your web site?
Links: What other web sites do you want to link to on your web site? Do you have memberships in trade or professional organizations that should be linked to your site?	Domain Name: Do you know what you want your web site to be called? Do you know if that name is available? Web Hosting: Who is your ISP provider? Who hosts your web site?
Maintaining your Site: How often do you plan to revise your web site to keep it current?	Increasing your Internet Presence: How do you want to market your site to let people know about you or your business?

	When you decide to use our services to create your web site, all of the details for your site are clearly explained so you know exactly what we are doing for you. All of the features of the site are listed and priced so that you can see not only the total cost of the design and development but also the cost of the individual features that go into your site.
